Christmas may be over but the cold weather cocktail season is just beginning. From spiked hot chocolate or coffee to frosty champagne cocktails the cooler weather is the perfect reason to enjoy a boozy beverage inside. Whether you prefer your drinks hot or cold, RumChata has the perfect recipe for you. To prove it we've put together four delicious three-ingredient cocktails sure to impress you and your guests.


The White Cuban

  • 2 oz RumChata
  • 2 oz Kahlua
  • 2 oz Spiced Rum

Combine in a shaker with ice. Strain all ingredients over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Enjoy!


The Spiked Coffee

  • 1 oz RumChata
  • 1 oz Patron XO Cafe
  • Hot Coffee

Brew hot coffee. Combine coffee, RumChata and Patron XO into a mug and stir until mixed. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon (optional). Enjoy!


The Blind Russian

  • 2 oz RumChata
  • 2 oz Kahlua
  • 2 oz Vanilla Vodka

Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass filled with ice. Stir to mix. Enjoy!


The RumChata Root Beer Float

  • 1 part RumChata
  • 3 parts Root Beer
  • 1 scoop Ice Cream

Combine RumChata and chilled root beer into a tall glass. Top with a scoop of ice cream. Enjoy!
