Block Wine for the Holidays

Posted by Meghan Guarino on December 15, 2017

In Cabernet Sauvignon, Wine, Red Wines, Chardonnay

Have a holly jolly glass of wine! It's the best time of the year for robust reds and full-bodied whites--which is why Block Wines are so popular during the holiday season. Block Wines are hand-selected only when the vintage is just right. And that means each bottling is highly limited and only available once. When it's gone, it's gone forever.

These wines' exclusivity make them the perfect host or holiday gift and can be enjoyed with your friends and family during any celebration. What makes these wines so special is just that: They bring families together at every turn.

The Block Wines at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits are sourced from  California vineyards and wineries owned and operated by families just like ours--we prefer to do business that way, because we know what it means to dedicate our lives to making celebrations better. Our search to bring these wines to fellow families ends in a handshake.

Once each vintage is selected, we bottle it and label it with a number special to our family. It could be a birthday, an anniversary or other significant date. Our Block 80 Cabernet Sauvignon from Atlas Peak was bottled in honor of our 80th anniversary in 2016. Browse the current selection at your local ABC Fine Wine & Spirits store or online here--does a number special to you stand out?
